The high efficiency roots blower vacuum pump is a new product in the Roots blower series. Because of its high efficiency and energy saving, it is also called “high efficiency blower” by our company.
Roots blower working principle
The SNLT Roots blower vacuum pump is different from traditional blowers. It is a rotary compressor that uses two leaf-shaped rotors to compress and transport gases by relative motion inside a cylinder.

- The compact overall design results in a high utilization of the machine casing area, and minimal internal reflux leakage.

- The exhaust gas is clean and free of oil contamination. High-precision bearings and gears are used, resulting in low noise and a long service life.
- The bearings are lubricated with machine oil, which provides good heat dissipation and a long service life.
- The blower is computer dynamically balanced for high precision and low vibration.
